Welcome to the Smoke Break Games web site.

Two freeware games are available right now.

The first is Swoop. It's an action/puzzle game. The other is Real Tiny Strategy, which is a fast-playing real-time strategy game.

You can also try out a work-in-progress version of Dungeon Dash.

Each is just an executable with no installer. Just download the game and put it where you want it.

The games should run fine on any modern PC running Windows 98SE, ME, XP, or 2000 with DirectX 8 or higher in 16 bit color (high color).

Januray 14, 2007: Holy moly, has it really been a whole year since I updated the site? That's kind of amazing. Anyway, I'm working on a small project now, and you can try out the latest version if you'd like. It's called Dungeon Dash.

January 3, 2006: Swoop version 1.03 has been posted. Now with an onscreen health bar!

Januray 1, 2006: A new version of Swoop (1.02) has been posted. I've added a practice mode, where the targets are larger and last longer. In this mode, stats aren't kept, nothing can be unlocked, and high scores aren't tracked. Also, I cleaned up some weird issues (going to the options menu during a combo had been restarting the combo) and made it possible to exit the game by closing the window (clicking that little "x" at the upper right).
