You drag that green plumb-bob looking thing around and try to hit the colored targets.  Hit the same color several time in a row to build up a combo, which looks like this:

The different backgrounds you see represent different Themes.  There are 10 Themes in all, each with it's own set of sound effects.  See if you can unlock them all!
